We always guarantee delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.
Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 1-5 business days and shipped to the delivery address.
Estimated shipping times:
Normally: 7-14 days depending on product demand.
In specific cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc) or logistical issues, shipping may take 3 to 4 weeks.
If this is not the case, you will be able to proceed to a refund for lost/unsent orders.
All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilitate the delivery of your order.
Please consider:
*If the customer does not put the correct address on the order and does not notify us minutes after the order (before the shipment and package are processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no refund option, and a next shipment of the package will be at the expense of the customer and buyer.
*In the event that at the time of delivery of the order is not able to contact the customer proceeds to notify via mailbox and if in 15 days the package is not collected from the office notified, it will be sent to the factory again having lost the package without the option of refund.
*In the event that the shipment has already been made it will not be possible to change the delivery address as the shipments are under the delivery of external companies OMELIA&OLIVER JEWELS and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been sent from the warehouse, so the customer is responsible for the loss of the package in case of not having indicated the correct address, has moved house or similar.
Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.
OMELIA&OLIVER JEWELS is not responsible under any circumstances for any taxes, duties, or tariffs applied to the shipment or fees that may be applied at customs for the package purchased, so the buyer and customer of OMELIA&OLIVER JEWELS will be responsible for providing the required value at customs without being able to process a refund.
