Omelia&Oliver Jewels Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your new Omelia&Oliver Jewels! However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or simply changed your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund.


How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at contact@omeliaoliverjewels.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and the reason for return.
After 30 days, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

Please note:

  • All returns must be shipped to our overseas fulfillment center.

  • We cannot accept returns sent to local facilities or domestic sorting centers.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost if the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order).
    The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose.

  • If the return is caused by our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will send you detailed return instructions.


Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • Including all accessories, manuals, and documentation

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers

  • Incorrectly ordered items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@omeliaoliverjewels.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos or videos of the item (if applicable)

  • Full shipping address

  • Phone number

In some cases, we may request additional proof (photo or video) before issuing a replacement or refund.


Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return or refund has been completed.
Refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling fees.


Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
If your refund has not appeared after that time, please contact your payment provider directly.


Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on all jewelry covering damage related to material defects or craftsmanship.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost items

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper storage or handling

  • Modifications made after purchase

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 30 minutes of placement by emailing contact@omeliaoliverjewels.com or calling +1 (980) 983-4917 with your order number.

After this time window, orders are considered final.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 2% processing fee.
