Can I return my item(s)?
Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer 30-day returns for all customers; please note that we do not cover the return shipping fees.

- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- All earrings must be in original and unopened packaging.
All below items are non-returnable:
- Worn earrings.
- Gift cards.

We offer a 30-day exchange on all eligible items. Please have your order confirmation email or order number. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

Omelia&Oliver Jewels Guarantee:
We offer a warranty for all of our jewelry; this means we’ll replace your item if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, or any modification to your product done after purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
